As part of our Call Center Team, you could work in roles that vary from Field Service Request Rep, where you handle tickets, to Tracker, where you’ll work with technicians in the field, to Save Desk, where you’ll deal directly with customers with questions and concerns. We also have managers, supervisors and trainers who work with every rep to keep their skills polished.
To succeed here, you must have good computer skills, a positive attitude and a great work ethic. The ability to work a structured, defined schedule is important as are customer service skills. Previous call center experience or a college degree are not required for these roles – you’ll get all the training and coaching you need.
